Dress Code:

BALLET/POINTE:

  • Girls- Black leotard, pink or skin-toned tights, pink ballet shoes with sewn elastic straps, & hair in a secure bun
  • Boys- Black or white t-shirt/tank, black shorts/tights/pants, & black ballet shoes with sewn elastic straps

JAZZ/CONTEMPORARY/T&J:

  • Girls- T-shirt/tank/crop top, spandex shorts/leggings, tan jazz shoes, & neat hair pulled out of the face
  • Boys- T-shirt/tank, athletic shorts/pants, & black jazz shoes

HIP HOP:

  • Girls- T-shirt/tank/crop top, shorts/leggings, sneakers, & neat hair pulled out of the face
  • Boys- T-shirt/tank, athletic shorts/pants, & sneakers

TAP:

  • Girls- T-shirt/tank/crop top, spandex shorts/leggings/skirts, tap shoes, & neat hair pulled out of the face
  • Boys- T-shirt/tank, athletic shorts/pants/sweats, & tap shoes

STRETCH/STRENGTH:

  • Girls- Athletic-wear, sneakers, & neat hair pulled out of the face
  • Boys- Athletic-wear & sneakers

COMBO CLASSES:  Dance attire including: leotards, tights, tutus, spandex shorts etc. with shoes matching the style of the dance class

DO NOT WEAR: Jewelry (small stud earrings are fine), tiaras, denim, or junk (at the teacher’s discretion). If you do not know how to do a secure bun hairstyle for your child (or any other hairstyle necessary,) please ask your teacher for some helpful tips, or search YouTube for a bun tutorial.
